Boden is hiring an Operations Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for services and integrations across the operations domain, ensuring internal systems and third-party platforms work together to support order and fulfilment journeys. The role is hands-on and people-facing, combining team management, code reviews, technical backlog ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure, resilient, scalable cloud-based solutions using AWS and integration technologies. The position is hybrid, based at North Acton with two days per week in office and three days from home, and offers a competitive salary with bonus and benefits.
