Lamb is hiring an Operations Technical Support Specialist to process and maintain commercial insurance policy workflows in Applied EPIC. The role handles new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, certificates, carrier documents, and billing transactions; maintains accurate records; supports direct and agency billing; and meets quality, SLA, and volume targets. Applicants need at least two years of commercial insurance experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, technical aptitude, and the ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment.
