Socket Fiber is hiring a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training for employees working with fiber optic technology, equipment, installations, and field operations. The role also includes creating training materials, using a Learning Management System, coaching learners, conducting quality-assurance inspections, and collaborating with technical subject matter experts. Candidates need two to five years of experience in telecommunications, network engineering, or technical training, along with fiber technology knowledge and strong communication and facilitation skills.
