Description
The Manufacturing Training Specialist designs, plans, and delivers technical and non-technical training for manufacturing operations, including onboarding, refresher, new-product, and hands-on training. The role partners with Operations, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts; manages training schedules, budgets, learning centers, LMS reporting, assessments, and continuous improvement; and leads instructors and trainers. It requires experience with technical training, LMS platforms, instructional media, data analysis, and power, thermal, and data center technologies, and explicitly states that no visa sponsorship will be provided.
