Description
The Operations Technician supports cooperative operations by driving a fertilizer tender truck, loading and unloading grain trucks, filling anhydrous tanks, loading fertilizer, assisting with warehouse duties, and performing general maintenance and housekeeping. The role requires customer service, adherence to safety and cooperative policies, physical work involving lifting up to 100 pounds, operating a grain elevator manlift, and working in environments with moving mechanical parts, fumes, weather, and humidity. Previous experience with grain, feed, fertilizer, chemicals, or farm supplies is preferred but not required.
