Google is hiring an Operations Technician for its Hardware Operations team to deploy, configure, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain data center hardware, server software, networking equipment, and infrastructure. The role includes diagnosing moderately complex equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, following security and operational procedures, participating in installation projects, and working physically with racks and equipment. Shift work, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other non-standard hours, is required.
