Description
Google is hiring an Operations Technician to install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain server hardware, server software, networks, routers, switches, and related infrastructure. The role includes leading troubleshooting and escalated technical issues, participating in or leading installation projects, developing contingency plans, and working non-standard hours including weekends, night shifts, holidays, and shift-based schedules. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, computer hardware and server troubleshooting experience, Linux and networking experience, and project management and leadership experience are required.
