Description
Google is hiring an Operations Technician to install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain data-center hardware, server software, and networking equipment. The role includes deploying infrastructure, diagnosing equipment and infrastructure issues, maintaining data security, performing repairs and preventative maintenance, and supporting larger installation projects. It requires component-level repair and troubleshooting experience, physical ability to move and work with heavy equipment, and availability for non-standard hours, weekends, night shifts, and holidays. The role is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.
