Description
Google is hiring an Operations Technician to install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain data-center hardware, server software, networks, routers, switches, and related infrastructure. The role includes deploying infrastructure, diagnosing equipment and operating-system issues, maintaining security and data integrity, replacing end-of-life components, and performing repairs and preventative maintenance. It requires component-level repair and troubleshooting experience, networking knowledge, physical ability to lift and move equipment, and availability for non-standard hours. The role is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.
