Description
Sika is hiring an Engineering and Operations Technology Manager to oversee engineering, equipment maintenance, process technology, capital investment, safety and quality, productivity, and manufacturing digitalization across manufacturing sites in Japan. The role leads technical strategies, manages engineering and process technology teams and external vendors, and collaborates with APAC and Global OT teams. It requires at least 10 years of hands-on engineering or operations technology experience in process or material manufacturing, a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, project management experience, business-level Japanese, and working-level English.
