Description
The Trainer oversees daily training operations in a distribution center, including managing training requests, facilitating classroom and on-the-job training, coaching associates and frontline leaders, supporting training coordination and change-management initiatives, and promoting food safety, quality, and safety. The role requires scheduling flexibility, English proficiency, basic mathematics and computer skills, and experience with Google Business Suite; training in Powered Industrial Equipment is preferred but not required. The position offers a Sunday–Wednesday shift from 2:15 p.m. to 12:45 a.m., health plan benefits, a 401(k) match, and an Arizona pay range of $24.25 per hour.
