Description
The Solvent Extraction (SX) Operations Trainer develops and delivers process-driven training for SX operations personnel, establishes competency frameworks, audits procedures, and supports commissioning, troubleshooting, safety, and continuous improvement activities. The role requires at least four years of experience in solvent extraction, hydrometallurgy, or a related technical field, along with training, technical leadership, process-diagram, regulatory, LMS, and Microsoft Office experience. A bachelor’s degree, rare earth processing experience, and prior plant commissioning experience are desired. The position is associated with MP Materials’ open-pit mine or manufacturing/chemical plant setting in Las Vegas, Nevada.
