Nutrition 101 LLC is hiring an Operations Training & Development Specialist to assess training needs and independently design, implement, evaluate, and improve company-wide learning programs supporting safe operations, employee competency, cross-training, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. The role partners with operations, safety, human resources, quality, transportation, and plant leadership; develops train-the-trainer programs, competency assessments, learning paths, and an LMS; and delivers classroom, field-based, and hands-on training. It is a multi-site position requiring regular travel to all company locations, including overnight travel, and offers a $70,000–$85,000 base salary plus bonus opportunity and health and other benefits.
