Description
DHL is hiring a CVG Hub Operations Training Lead to establish and execute policies and procedures for managing the physical movement of outbound or inbound cargo within a hub. The role oversees package and freight processing, documents training activities, ensures employee training meets departmental standards, supports new hires, directs multiple employees, and identifies non-conforming or dangerous goods. Candidates need training experience in Unloads, Primary, and Smalls areas, leadership and computer skills, and a flexible shift; previous Unload/Primary/Smalls knowledge is preferred.
