Flex is hiring an Operations Training Manager in Guadalajara, North Campus, reporting to the Operations Manager. The role oversees manufacturing operations, develops and evaluates training programs, manages training budgets and procedures, coordinates instructional methods and external resources, and supports employee development and retention. Candidates should have a BA/BS or equivalent work experience, prior operations training management experience, leadership experience, knowledge of employee development and electronics specifications and standards, learning and development certifications, and advanced English.
