Description
Parametric is hiring an Operations Vice President (Operational Intelligence) to serve as the senior operational risk analytics lead for Parametric Investment Operations. The role designs and monitors Key Risk Indicators, develops automated control monitoring, analyzes risk interactions and adverse scenarios, manages risk escalation and incident root-cause analysis, and assesses operational impacts of technology, automation, and business changes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of relevant experience in investment operations, operational risk, controls, data analytics, or financial services operations, and follows a hybrid model with office work three days per week. The stated base salary is $115,000 to $225,000 per year, with possible incentive compensation.
