Description
Earnest is hiring an Operations Workforce & Capacity Planning Manager to report to the Head of Operations and own workforce strategy, capacity planning, staffing and headcount planning, and the implementation of a workforce management platform. The role will build forecasting, scheduling, and automation processes; develop capacity models and scenario analyses; and partner with Operations, Finance, Data, Engineering, and external vendors. Candidates need at least seven years of workforce management or capacity planning experience, including a WFM system implementation, and four years supporting contact center operations. The role is based in the United States and offers a base salary of $123,000 to $154,000 USD, plus a performance-based bonus and equity.
