Bearward Engineering is hiring a Fabrication Technician for its Northampton-based radiator-manufacturing operation. The role works the 0600–1400 shift for 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and involves cutting, drilling, measuring, and quality-checking parts. Candidates should be able to read drawings, measure accurately, communicate well, work flexibly, and be practical and hands-on; previous metal-working equipment experience is desirable but not essential.
