Description
MP Materials is hiring a Production Operator for a greenfield advanced manufacturing facility involved in rare earth processing and magnet production. The role operates molten metal electrolysis, vacuum casting, and other chemical, mechanical, and thermal equipment; prepares materials and setups; monitors and adjusts process parameters; handles material and mobile equipment; documents production data; and participates in continuous improvement. The operator will work a 12-hour rotating shift after production starts, with possible shift variation during piloting, and must have manufacturing experience, preferably in foundry, hot-metal, ceramics, glass, or other molten-material processing.
