Description
Pregis is hiring a full-time Operator 1 for its Mailer Production department. The role operates and maintains converting lines, label applicators, hotmelt systems, die-cutting and flexo equipment, and other inline machinery; sets up and adjusts equipment; tracks materials and production; performs minor mechanical repairs; and supports quality, safety, housekeeping, and continuous-improvement goals. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5–7 years of progressive responsibility or related experience, with an estimated hourly base pay of $22–$26 and an up to $3,500 sign-on bonus.
