Description
Pregis is hiring a full-time Operator 1 to oversee and operate packaging converting lines and finishing equipment, including label applicators, hotmelt systems, gluing, labeling, die-cutting, flexo printing, and fan-fold units. The role maintains consumables, print quality, registration, productivity, waste, and quality KPIs; performs minor mechanical adjustments; tracks line counts; and supports process improvement and shift transitions. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5–7 years of progressive responsibility or related experience, with day and night shifts, overtime, and an estimated hourly base pay of $22–$26.
