Stansell Electric Company is hiring an Operator I to work from its Nashville office and assist with electrical system installation, alteration, addition, and repair. The role involves operating construction equipment such as backhoes, skid steers, mini excavators, saws, excavators, and trenchers; pulling wire; digging trenches; mounting conduit; and assisting with electrical connections under supervision. The position requires an equipment apprentice with 0–2,000 hours of on-the-job experience, physical ability to perform construction work, safety compliance, and the ability to work a 40-hour week with overtime and off-hour shifts.
