The Operator 1, Test Manufacturing at Analog Devices is responsible for executing production processes in the test manufacturing area, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety and operational standards. This role involves operating and monitoring test equipment, performing device loading/unloading, conducting basic troubleshooting, documenting test results, following safety protocols, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with team members to achieve production targets. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, some experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing, a basic understanding of test equipment, strong organizational skills, teamwork abilities, and willingness to work flexible hours.
