Description
The Operator will monitor, control, and maintain manufacturing or production equipment across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in facilities across the United States. Responsibilities include operating machinery, performing inspections and routine maintenance, troubleshooting operational issues, maintaining production records, collaborating across shifts, following safety protocols, and supporting training and continuous improvement. A high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, flexible-shift availability, attention to detail, and communication skills are required; manufacturing experience, SOP and quality-control familiarity, troubleshooting skills, OSHA or relevant safety training, and computerized tracking-system proficiency are preferred.
