Marki Microwave is hiring a temp-to-hire Operator Level 2 for microelectronic assembly. The role involves assembling and soldering RF and microwave products, including SMT and connectorized components, using microscopes, soldering irons, hot plates, dispensing equipment, and other hand and power tools. Responsibilities include following assembly instructions, performing die attach and RF sub-assembly work, conducting in-line inspection, maintaining quality and safety, and using the MES system. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of soldering or microelectronic assembly experience, strong dexterity and attention to detail, and may include on-the-job training.
