Description
The Production Line Operator works one or two automated food-production lines, sets up and checks machines, monitors and adjusts the process, performs quality checks, resolves minor malfunctions, records production and quality data, and maintains a clean and safe workplace. The role requires HACCP and hygiene knowledge, experience with automated equipment, technical aptitude, and accurate procedural work. It is a direct-employment position at Koninklijke Van Ballegooijen Foods in Wijk en Aalburg, with a gross monthly salary of €3,125–€3,500 excluding shift allowance, a two-shift schedule, 25 vacation days, 8% vacation pay, and a pension plan.
