Description
The employer is hiring a production operator to work a two-shift schedule in a manufacturing department, operating and adjusting production equipment, supplying and removing materials, monitoring processes, identifying and resolving malfunctions, recording production and quality data, and participating in shift handovers. The role includes an MBO level 3 Process Technology training program, guidance from a talent coach and workplace supervisor, and a prospect of permanent employment after training.
