Description
The 3-shift production operator sets up, operates, and converts production machines; monitors production and product quality; resolves first-line malfunctions; identifies deviations and suggests process improvements; and maintains a safe, tidy work environment. The role includes an onboarding program, three shifts, a gross monthly salary of €2,645–€3,430 plus a 20% shift allowance, a prospect of a permanent contract, pension accrual, and travel expense reimbursement. Applicants need prior operator or technical production experience, an interest in technology and machines, Dutch proficiency for safety instructions, their own transportation, and experience resolving minor technical malfunctions.
