Description
The Dairy Production Operator operates and sets up production lines, processes raw milk through centrifuging, pasteurizing, fermenting, and cooling, performs quality checks, cleans and sterilizes equipment via the PLC system, handles dispatch and pallet tasks, reports malfunctions, and maintains safety and hygiene standards. The role is part of a permanent small team, offers a 36-hour workweek, and provides shift and overtime allowances, a year-end bonus, pension, training, and career advancement opportunities.
