Description
The Operator will set up, operate, and convert production machines; monitor production progress and quality; resolve minor malfunctions and perform first-line maintenance; record production data; and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. The role is full-time on a three-shift schedule, requires technical aptitude or production/technology experience, a good command of Dutch, and accurate, safe, responsible work. Experience as an operator is an advantage but not required. The employer offers a gross monthly salary of €2,800–€3,200 excluding shift allowance, shift allowance, vacation and ADV days, training opportunities, and career advancement prospects.
