Description
The employer is hiring a full-time machine operator in Groningen to set up and monitor the Shimmer machine, check materials and product specifications, adjust the production process, inspect profile quality and dimensions, resolve minor malfunctions, replace parts, and record production data. The role follows a 40-hour-per-week, three-shift schedule and pays up to €3,456.40 gross per month including shift allowance, with profit sharing, holiday pay, vacation days, pension accrual, and an option for a permanent contract subject to good performance. No prior operator experience is required, but technical aptitude, an interest in machinery, Dutch proficiency, German reading ability, a driver's license, and personal transportation are needed.
