Description
Tata Steel is hiring a full-time Operator in IJmuiden to operate and monitor complex steel-production installations from the control room or on the shop floor, adjust process parameters, resolve minor technical malfunctions, perform quality measurements, and support safer and more efficient production. The role requires a technical MBO-level vocational qualification or relevant process-industry experience, physical fitness, and a shift schedule compatible with the applicant’s routine. Compensation is €3,200–€5,400 per month plus shift allowance, with travel reimbursement or free bus transportation, training opportunities, and a prospect of a permanent contract.
