Description
Assala Gabon is seeking an Operator to oversee day-to-day operations in designated working zones. The role includes monitoring equipment and process parameters, collecting zone data, reporting anomalies, coordinating maintenance and engineering activities, performing plant and equipment isolations, starting and stopping equipment, conducting first-line maintenance, and supporting chemical injection, sludge remediation, and water-treatment activities. The position requires a high school certificate, HNC (BTS), or equivalent; 3–5 years of operational experience in hydrocarbon processing or the oil and gas industry; multidisciplinary technical experience; French fluency with basic English; and strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and safety skills.
