Description
The Operator A sets up, operates, and monitors production units; takes quality-control samples; checks orders against quality requirements; resolves minor malfunctions; and collaborates with colleagues to keep processes running smoothly. The role requires an MBO level 2 diploma in process technology, a forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one, production-process experience, basic ISO 9001 knowledge, and Dutch proficiency. Compensation is €2,600 to €2,900 gross monthly, excluding an 18.5% shift allowance, with additional benefits including a 13th-month salary, holiday pay, vacation days, training, pension, and travel reimbursement.
