Description
Randstad is recruiting Trainee Operators for a two-year work-study program that pays from day one and provides an accredited MBO diploma. The role involves setting up and monitoring production machines, performing quality checks, resolving minor malfunctions, and working shifts in partner companies across sectors such as plastics, waste processing, food, dairy, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. Candidates need full-time availability, a category B driver's license and car, and Dutch language skills; no prior background is required. The program includes approximately one day of school per week and four days of practical work, with an average of 10 to 15 hours per week of theory.
