Description
Randstad is recruiting trainee operators for a two-year work-study program that pays from day one and covers the full training program. Participants learn to set up and monitor production machines, perform quality checks, resolve minor malfunctions, and change equipment for different products. The program lasts approximately two years, with one day per week in school and four days in practice, and includes shifts in sectors such as plastics, waste processing, food, dairy, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals. Applicants need full-time availability for shift work, a category B driver's license and car, and good spoken and written Dutch; no prior background is required. The program offers a recognized MBO diploma, two one-year contracts, and an opportunity for a permanent contract after training.
