Description
Randstad is recruiting trainee operators for a two-year work-study program that pays from day one and covers the full training program. Participants work full-time in shifts across partner companies in sectors such as plastics, waste processing, food, dairy, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, learning to set up and monitor machines, perform quality checks, resolve minor malfunctions, and change over equipment. The program includes approximately one day of school per week and leads to a recognized mbo diploma, with a possible permanent contract after training. Applicants need full-time shift availability, a category B driver's license and car, and good spoken and written Dutch; no prior background is required.
