Description
Randstad is recruiting trainee operators for a two-year work-study program that pays from day one and provides an accredited mbo diploma. The role involves setting up and monitoring production machines, performing quality checks, resolving minor malfunctions, and working shifts in sectors such as plastics, waste processing, food, dairy, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals. Candidates need full-time shift availability, a category B driver's license and car, and Dutch language skills; no prior background is required. The program includes approximately one day of school per week and 10–15 hours of theory per week, with two one-year contracts and an opportunity for a permanent contract after training.
