Description
Randstad is recruiting trainee operators for a two-year work-study program that pays from day one and covers the full training program. Participants learn to set up and monitor production machines, perform quality checks, resolve minor malfunctions, and change equipment for different products. The program includes approximately one day of school per week and four days of practical work, with shifts in sectors such as plastics, waste processing, food, dairy, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals. Applicants need full-time availability, a category B driver's license and car, and Dutch language skills; no prior background is required. The program offers a recognized mbo diploma, two one-year contracts, and the possibility of a permanent contract after training.
