Description
Randstad is recruiting Trainee Operators for a two-year work-study program that pays from day one and provides an accredited MBO diploma. The role involves setting up and monitoring production machines, performing quality checks, resolving minor malfunctions, and working shifts in partner companies across sectors such as plastics, waste processing, food, dairy, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. Candidates need full-time shift availability, a category B driver's license and car, and spoken and written Dutch; no prior background is required. The program includes approximately one day of school per week and 10–15 hours of theory per week, with two one-year contracts and a possible permanent contract after training.
