Description
The Overhead Crane Operator safely operates overhead cranes and controls to transfer aluminum loads through an anodizing process, position racks, control suspended loads, and follow production schedules and customer specifications. The role requires coordination with production personnel, adherence to safety and lockout/tagout procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including weekends and overtime. A high school diploma or GED, previous overhead crane experience, and manufacturing or anodizing experience are preferred, while 6 months to one year of experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
