The Operator will operate and set up plastics-processing machines, perform quality checks and daily maintenance, monitor production, record deviations, and follow safety regulations. The role requires technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, accuracy, responsibility, basic Dutch knowledge, and a positive team attitude; experience is a plus but not required, while SAP knowledge is advantageous.
