Aluminum Dynamics LLC. is looking for operators for its new production facility. The positions are available in various departments including melting, casting, rolling, finishing, scrap hauling, and shipping. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, operating mobile equipment and overhead cranes, operating aluminum rolling and forming equipment, and producing high-quality aluminum coils in a large industrial setting. Candidates should possess strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to multitask, work in a fast-paced and team environment, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Willingness to work overtime is also required.
