Description
The Blown Film Operator assists in setting up and operating thermoplastic extruders and related production equipment to convert plastic resins into blown film for flexible sheeting, tubing, or bags. The role includes reviewing production orders, setting up extruders, dies, towers, treater stations, bag machines, winders, post-gusseters, folders, presses, and separators, monitoring finished film, performing routine maintenance, and training team members under the direction of a Lead Operator. The position requires blown-film extrusion experience, basic math and computer skills, troubleshooting ability, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment; it also offers medical, dental, and vision plans along with other benefits.
