The role involves operating computer-controlled equipment, soldering small components onto circuit boards, performing maintenance, and resolving malfunctions. Applicants must have a VAPRO certificate, technical aptitude, their own transportation to Almelo, and at least two years of operator experience. The position offers three full-time shifts, training through the Benchmark Academy, and a salary starting at €21.39 per hour.
