Description
The Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining a part of the production process, ensuring machine safety, product quality, efficient resource use, and smooth production. The role also involves deploying colleagues, resolving or reporting malfunctions, documenting issues, and coordinating with other operators, logistics team leaders, and maintenance technicians. It requires at least four years of logistics experience, WMS knowledge, Dutch fluency, basic English, and flexible availability. The position works rotating daytime and evening shifts and pays €2,400–€3,200 gross per month based on a 37-hour workweek.
