Description
Chromalloy is hiring an Operator to perform thermal aluminide coating processes for manufacturing and repairing gas turbine engine components. The role includes A12 retort packing, furnace loading, spray and monitor coating application, abrasive blasting, assembly, disassembly, vibratory tumbling, blending, peening, masking, quality documentation, machine maintenance, and adherence to safety and continuous-improvement policies. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong shop mathematics, the ability to follow and interpret work instructions, and teamwork; 3–5 years of manufacturing experience is preferred. The role may require evening, weekend, and holiday work, and only U.S. persons may be considered.
