CLBR Consulting is recruiting an Operator to work permanently and full-time at a recycling site in Kallo. The role involves operating and monitoring a shredder installation from the cabin, watching the metal-processing process, performing visual inspections, and reporting downtime, blockages, or minor technical issues to technicians. The position requires prior machine-operation experience, strong safety awareness, comfort in an outdoor industrial environment, and Dutch communication; it starts immediately and includes work clothes, safety shoes, meal vouchers, and hospitalization insurance.
