Description
The Operator is responsible for operating computer-controlled process equipment, cookers, machinery, and pollution-control systems; maintaining material flow, cooker temperature, evaporation rate, and process controls; performing product quality testing; conducting preventative maintenance; and ensuring a safe, clean work area. The role requires the operator to be at least 18 years old, with one year of manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred, along with mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, basic math and computer skills, and availability for nights or weekends as needed.
