The role operates plant areas and process equipment, monitors conditions and control systems, responds to unplanned events, escalates issues, performs emergency and severe-weather response activities, conducts shift relief, and mentors operations personnel. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of chemical manufacturing operations experience or three years of relevant military experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule including overtime, holidays, and weekends.
